These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SocialCoin mobile application and the getsocialcoin.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by SOCIALCOIN LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, STE 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("SocialCoin", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and subscribe to the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
SocialCoin aggregates discount codes shared by independent content creators for third-party brands and retailers. A paid subscription is required to view and redeem full discount codes. Discount codes are supplied by creators and third-party retailers; we do not control, guarantee, or warrant that any given code is currently valid, applicable to your order, or will continue to work for any length of time. Codes, brands, and creators shown in the Service may change or be removed at any time without notice.
The SocialCoin subscription is billed at $7.99 per month (or the then-current published price) and is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. – not through the Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems. Your subscription automatically renews each month at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, at no additional cost, through the customer portal accessible from your account settings in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – you retain full access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward. No phone call or written notice is required to cancel.
All payments are final. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused access, or after cancellation. We do not offer prorated refunds when you cancel partway through a billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly at help@getsocialcoin.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: share your account or subscription access with others outside your household; scrape, copy, or redistribute discount codes or Service content in bulk; attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by SocialCoin or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any discount code will be valid or accepted by any retailer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialCoin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of savings, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12) remain in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law or the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
